1) What's the price of the acoustic pod?
We offer a comprehensive price list of pods ranging from 1-6 person pod. The exact price depends on the size and quantity you require. Please send us an inquiry and our sales representative will provide you with a detailed quote ASAP.
2) How do you assure quality?
From design to production, we have strict supervision on each part. Double check before next step is a must, our experienced QC staff strictly follow SOP and no defective product is allowed to be packed and delivered.
3) What is the MOQ for the pod?
The MOQ is only 1 unit.
4) Has your pod been certified?
Yes, our pod has been certified by SGS (sound proof, air condition, fire retardant) and UL greenguard for whole pods, CE for partial accessories.
5) Can you provide the booth with my country's power standard?
Yes, our booth meets power standard ranging 110-240V and we provide EU, UK, USA, JP, CN, AU, IT, IN socket and universal standard socket & plug.
6) How long is the lead time?
Normally 5-7 days upon deposit receiving if factory has stock. Normal production time is 15-30 days. Customized size takes longer time like 40-45 days.
7) How do you pack and deliver?
We will pre-assemble all pods in our factory before delivery. After inspect and clean, we will detach it one by one then pack all accessories into enhanced carton.
8) Can you ship to my door?
Yes we can ship to your door by ocean, air and train. Ocean is recommended as it's the most economic option.
9) How many pods can one container hold?
Based on 40HQ container: S size is 40pcs, M and SL size is 26pcs, L size is 20pcs, XL size is 12pcs.
